Rust Development Engineer
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rust Development Engineer to join our client's wallet department. This role involves designing and developing core wallet modules using Rust, optimizing system architecture, and ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wallet core modules using Rust.
- Optimize existing system architecture for improved performance and stability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and security.
- Design and implement efficient in-memory systems to enhance throughput, latency, and robustness.
- Integrate with various chain transfers, rollbacks, transaction signatures, broadcasting, and related external systems.
- Strengthen system and fund security to protect users' and the company's crypto assets.
- Collaborate with team members to advance projects.
- Share technical experience to help improve the team's technical level.
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience in backend development with a solid foundation in computer science.
- Experience in Rust development, or experience with C/C++, Go, or similar languages, and willingness to learn Rust.
- Familiarity with multi-threaded and concurrent programming, with experience in high-performance, financial-grade system development.
- Bonus points for experience in blockchain wallet or similar financial system development.
- Familiarity with on-chain/off-chain encryption algorithms and ability to participate in security audits.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex tasks independently.
