Position Summary
As a Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base across the Great Lakes region. You will develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including wirehouse platforms, family offices, pension funds, consultants, endowments, and foundations. Your role will focus on promoting our investment products, articulating our value proposition, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base within target market segments.
- Identify prospective clients and conduct market research to understand their needs and investment objectives.
- Lead presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings and differentiate our firm from competitors.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing performance metrics, business development activities, and market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services sales, with a focus on asset management.
- Proven track record of success in raising capital, preferably in a team setting.
- Strong understanding of global investment markets and long-only equity strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary and bonus structure. Base salary is $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
