Capital Formation Associate
- Preparing marketing materials such as DDQs, PPMs, and investor presentations
- Communicating with investors about fund performance and investment activity
- Working with the Head of Capital Formation and additional partners
- Updating the investor CRM system (DealCloud)
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations or investor services, preferably in private equity, investment management, or secondaries
- Financial modeling experience
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks at once and stay organized
