Job Overview:
A $35B+ investment firm is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate Product Specialist to lead the development and execution of our multifamily lending product strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in multifamily finance, a strong understanding of capital markets, and a passion for delivering innovative real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of multifamily lending products.
- Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on multifamily real estate finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, capital markets, technology, and sales to drive product innovation and execution.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Represent the company in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and deliver training, product collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate finance, with a strong focus on multifamily lending.
- Proven track record in product strategy, development, or management at a senior level.
- Deep knowledge of multifamily underwriting, loan structuring, and secondary market execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
