Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Python library/framework that researchers use to perform research and develop trading strategies.
- Build and refine pipelines for submitting, backtesting, and validating strategies for production trading.
- Design and optimize platforms for running strategies in production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Ensure efficiency and quality through CI/DevOps practices and advanced tooling.
- Write and maintain user-facing documentation and provide excellent support to internal users.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, ideally integrating Python libraries and platform tooling.
- Knowledge in the financial industry is a must.
- Hands-on CI/DevOps experience is nice to have.
- Proficiency in Rust/C is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
