As a fully regulated market maker, we operate across major European and US options exchanges. We are seeking an experienced Quant Trader to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and executing high-performance trading strategies.
Your Role:
As a Quant Trader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing algorithmic trading strategies. You'll work closely with quantitative analysts and developers to identify market opportunities, optimize performance, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute systematic trading strategies across options and other derivatives
- Analyze market behavior and trading performance using large datasets
- Collaborate with quant researchers and developers to enhance pricing models and trading infrastructure
- Monitor real-time trading activity and adjust strategies based on market conditions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management and execution systems
- Stay informed on market structure changes and regulatory developments
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in a trading or quantitative role within financial markets
- Strong understanding of options pricing, market microstructure, and risk management
- Proficient in Python (experience with C++ or other low-latency languages is a plus)
- Solid analytical and statistical skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English
