As part of this growth, they are looking to make an urgent hire for a C++ Quant Developer to help build and optimize low-latency software and connectivity across multiple multi-asset trading functions.
About the Team:
You'll be joining a collaborative group composed of high-caliber professionals with Tier 1 buy-side and proprietary trading backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experience and a shared passion for building world-class trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance C++ systems for real-time trading.
- Optimize latency across the trading stack, from market data ingestion to order execution.
- Collaborate with quants, traders, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain connectivity to global exchanges and liquidity venues.
- Contribute to the architecture of next-generation trading platforms.
Requirements:
- Expert-level C++ (modern C++11/14/17/20) with a strong grasp of performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of low-latency systems, networking (TCP/UDP), and multithreading.
- Experience in a proprietary trading, hedge fund, or high-frequency trading environment.
- Familiarity with market microstructure and exchange protocols is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
