Als Project Lead / Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die technische Leitung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte - von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams, die Sicherstellung technischer Qualität und die Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung und Steuerung komplexer mechanischer Entwicklungsprojekte
- Erstellung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, CAD-Modelle und Zeichnungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektronik-, Software- und Fertigungsteams
- Durchführung von Design Reviews, Risikoanalysen und Validierungen
- Technische Kundenkommunikation und Präsentation von Projektfortschritten
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Konstruktionsstandards und Innovationsprozessen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, idealerweise mit Projektverantwortung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch und/oder agil)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
