Product / Pricing Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Product team on a full-time basis in Houston.
In this role, you will leverage your experience in the Americas crude oil or refined products markets, gained at a recognized Price Reporting Agency, to help maintain the integrity and quality of pricing benchmarks, engage with market participants, and support the continued growth and adoption of market data.

Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of either the crude oil or refined products coverage area, with responsibility for daily index/pricing processes, methodology alignment, and relationship management with market participants and data contributors. In addition, you will:
- Develop trade- and data-driven market insights to contextualize price movements
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to help clients understand and adopt pricing data
- Contribute to the identification and development of new markets, from initial research through to launch
- Support webinars, publications, and broader thought leadership initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in crude oil or refined products markets at a recognized Price Reporting Agency
- Strong knowledge of Americas crude oil or refined products pricing methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to source data and build relationships with market participants and contributors
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and intellectually curious with strong numerical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and articulate market views
- Genuine interest in commodities markets and pricing mechanisms
