Product Controller

On behalf of a well-established and respected banking institution, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Product Controller to join their Finance team in The Hague.You'll be joining a collegial and experienced Product Control team within the Finance department. The Role
As a Product Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate accounting and reporting of the bank's diverse product portfolio. Your work will involve:
- Conducting valuations and performance monitoring of financial products
- Executing controls and ensuring the integrity of accounting processes
- Supporting monthly closings and preparing IFRS-based financial statements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Financial Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial control or accounting
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus but not essential
