Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end deal execution including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and closing transactions
- Build detailed financial models including LBO, operating models, and valuation analyses
- Conduct industry research and market mapping across industrial subsectors
- Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for investment committee
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist with exit strategies
- Engage directly with senior leadership, advisors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity (Industrials exposure preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Demonstrated interest in the Industrials sector
