We're hiring a Pre-Sales Lead Consultant for a global fintech innovator in trading and risk technology. Join a team shaping the future of capital markets.

What You'll Do:

* Lead pre-sales efforts across asset classes including FX, interest rates, and derivatives
* Deliver high-impact demos and workshops to prospective clients
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored, high-quality solutions
* Collaborate with sales, product, and client teams to craft compelling value propositions
* Maintain and evolve pre-sales artifacts and knowledge bases
* Provide insights to product teams on market trends and client needs
* Support go-to-market campaigns and contribute to sales strategy
* Ensure smooth handoff to project teams post-sale
* Travel as needed for client engagements and internal workshops

Who You Are:

* 8+ years of front office trading experience
* Deep expertise in FX, treasury, and linear rates
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience with pre-sales, demos, and client workshops
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
* Comfortable managing workload peaks with a sales-oriented approach
* Based in the U.S. and open to hybrid work (NYC preferred)
