Compensation: 120-160k base
We are currently partnered with a leading investment manager in NYC that is looking to bring on an Operational Risk Associate. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk, and are well-versed in helping build out risk frameworks, ideally within the financial services industry. This role offers high levels of visibility to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support processes related to the firm's enterprise-wide operational risk framework
- Maintain risk appetite statements, ERM framework, and related policies.
- Produce board and risk reports using technological tools.
- Run operational risk event reviews, including analysis and tracking.
- Create reports and presentations for leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in operational or enterprise risk management within financial services.
- Exposure to asset/investment management would be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or another related field
- Strong understanding of data analytics
