Title: Operational Risk Analyst
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base + bonus
Company Summary: A global financial services firm is looking to add an Operational Risk Analyst to its Front Office risk team. The organization plays a key role in global markets, supporting liquidity, trading activity, and data-driven solutions across a wide range of asset classes.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor controls across front office business activities and processes
- Identify control gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements
- Support the development and enhancement of risk frameworks, reporting, and dashboards
- Conduct control testing and assist in tracking key risk indicators and remediation efforts
- Work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, and business teams on governance initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in risk, audit, compliance, or controls within financial services
- Understanding of risk management principles and control frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor's degree required
