An exciting opportunity to join a high performing, tight knit investment team in Hong Kong. This is a pivotal, hands on role where you will be the go to person for everything office related, ensuring the environment runs seamlessly day to day while supporting a group of senior professionals.

What you'll be doing

* Take full ownership of day to day office operations, keeping the environment professional, organised, and running smoothly
* Act as the main point of contact for all vendors including facilities, IT, cleaning, and building management
* Manage office upkeep, supplies, pantry, and overall workplace experience
* Oversee invoices, expenses, and office spend with a strong eye on cost control
* Support calendar management, scheduling, and meeting logistics for senior stakeholders
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including desk setup and access
* Manage visitors, meeting rooms, and ensure a high standard of presentation at all times
* Organise team events, offsites, and external meetings when required

What experience do you need?


* Background in financial services or a professional environment is a plus
* Highly organised with experience managing calendars and expenses
* Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and external vendors
* Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in a small, fast moving team
