Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead their Technology M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic M&A transactions, fostering client relationships, and leading deal execution in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on potential M&A opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on technology M&A
- Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and market dynamics.
