Are you an experienced Investment Banking professional with a strong track record in mid-market transactions? We are seeking a Managing Director to join a growing advisory platform that is redefining the way mid-market deals are executed.
About the Firm
A dynamic and entrepreneurial investment banking advisory business focused on mid-market transactions (€10M-€200M). The firm works across multiple sectors and is committed to building deep, long-term relationships with clients. With a strong pipeline and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to join a team that values sector expertise, creativity, and independence.
What You'll Do
- Lead origination and execution of M&A and debt advisory transactions.
- Drive sector coverage in your area of expertise (priority: Software / IT Services).
- Build and manage client relationships, focusing on family-owned businesses, succession planning, and selective buyside mandates.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including team development and participation in small-cap investment opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in mid-market investment banking (deal sizes €20M-€60M typical).
- Strong sector network, ideally in Software / IT Services.
- Ability to generate 1M-2M in annual fees.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership and equity participation.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Path to equity participation within 2 years.
