M&A Senior Assoc/Junior VP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and preparation of client presentations.
- Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support senior bankers in origination efforts and maintain client relationships at a strategic level.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years in Investment Banking, with a focus on M&A.
- Background: Currently at a top-tier global investment bank or equivalent; strong preference for candidates with similar institutional experience.
- Proven ability to manage deal processes end-to-end and work under tight timelines.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
- Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
