Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations Lawyer (DE-Speaking)
Our client is a leading international law firm advising global corporates, financial institutions and public sector clients on complex, high-value matters. With a strong presence across major financial centres, they are known for delivering pragmatic and commercially driven legal solutions.
Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is looking to add a German-speaking lawyer to its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in Luxembourg.
This team works across a broad range of contentious matters and collaborates closely with colleagues in corporate, finance, tax, regulatory and competition practices to provide a seamless, cross-disciplinary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide variety of litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on civil and commercial law
- Handle both advisory (pre-litigation) and contentious work, including court proceedings
- Contribute to cross-border matters in collaboration with international offices
- Work closely with other practice groups to deliver integrated client solutions
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer (List I or IV) with approximately 4-7 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong academic background
- Experience in insolvency proceedings, personal data protection, or investigations and sanction proceedings conducted by national regulators would be an asset;
Language Skills
- Fluent German, French and English (spoken and written)
- Luxembourgish is an advantage
