Seeking an analytics leader to build machine learning and AI solutions for complex business challenges. The role combines technical expertise, insurance knowledge, and business acumen. Experience with Generative AI and emerging AI technologies is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models that solve high-impact business problems.
- Analyze data, improve model performance, and build scalable solutions using Python and SQL.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define KPIs, measure impact, and ensure successful implementation.
- Support AI initiatives including Generative AI, prompt engineering, and MLOps best practices.
- Present findings to leadership, mentor team members, and help drive a data-focused culture.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree and strong analytics experience, or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance experience required; claims experience preferred.
- Strong background in machine learning, predictive modeling, statistics, Python, and SQL.
- Experience building, deploying, and monitoring models in production environments.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging AI technologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
