Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Executive to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless on boarding experience, and handling essential documentation and compliance processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and services.
  • Prepare and review client agreements, forms, and other documentation.
  • Monitor client accounts and follow up on pending documentation or compliance issues.
  • Support relationship managers and brokers in delivering high-quality service.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a financial or brokerage firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the UAE (DFSA, SCA, or ADGM is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
