🚀 The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer / IT Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building core systems while also leading and scaling an engineering team.
This role combines hands-on engineering, system design, and leadership, with a strong focus on building a modern, high-performance trading platform.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Design and build core trading and data systems from the ground up
- Define and drive the technical architecture and stack
- Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers
- Collaborate closely with trading stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Establish best practices across development, deployment, and performance
👤 Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with experience in system design / architecture
- Proven experience leading teams or acting in a senior/lead capacity
- Experience with high-performance or low-latency systems is a strong plus
Tech Stack:
- Go and/or Rust (core systems)
- Exposure to modern backend architectures and distributed systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience in trading, crypto, or financial systems
- Familiarity with data-heavy or real-time environments
