Role Overview:
- Title: Associate, Investor Relations - Venture and Growth Group
- Location: San Francisco
- Purpose: Support investor relations, performance reporting, and internal strategic operations for the firms Venture and Growth platform.
- Reports to: Operations leadership within the Venture and Growth Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create investor-facing materials and presentations that communicate the firms growth story and investment impact.
- Develop and maintain performance and portfolio reporting frameworks using Excel and visualization tools.
- Support operational due diligence and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to streamline processes.
- Contribute to strategic projects that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, private credit, consulting, venture capital, or data analytics.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of growth equity/private equity investing.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
