Investor Relations Associate

We are working with a growing real estate private equity firm seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate with 2-5 years of experience to support capital raising, investor communications, and reporting initiatives.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience at an alternative asset manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working at the intersection of finance, marketing, and client service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day investor relations efforts across existing and prospective LPs
  • Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including quarterly reports, updates, and fundraising materials
  • Maintain and update investor databases/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of contact and allocation information
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence requests (DDQs, RFIs, data rooms) for prospective and existing investors
  • Partner with internal teams (investments, fund management, finance) to gather and synthesize information for investor reporting
  • Assist in the creation and updating of pitch decks, marketing materials, and performance summaries
  • Help coordinate capital raising processes, including tracking commitments and assisting with closing logistics
  • Manage investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, meetings, and annual meetings

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, fund marketing, or related role within private equity, real estate, or alternative asset management
  • Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures, and investor reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Professional presence and strong client-service orientation
