Their Nashville office serves as a strategic hub for identifying high-potential investment opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners.


Position Summary:

The Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the investment sales team by providing financial analysis, market research, and transaction support for multifamily property deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry and contribute to high-impact investment decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Underwriting:
    Build and maintain detailed financial models for multifamily assets, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.

  • Market Research & Data Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research on local and regional multifamily trends, demographics, rent comps, and economic indicators to support investment strategies.

  • Transaction Support:
    Assist in the preparation of offering memoranda, pitch books, and client presentations. Coordinate due diligence efforts and support deal execution.

  • Client & Broker Interaction:
    Communicate with property owners, brokers, and investors to gather information, schedule tours, and facilitate deal flow.

  • CRM & Database Management:
    Maintain internal databases and CRM systems with up-to-date property, client, and market information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis (internships considered)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with real estate valuation methods (DCF, cap rate, IRR, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passion for real estate and a deep interest in multifamily investment trends
