Investment Director
1. Deal Sourcing & Origination
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities in target sectors (consumer, healthcare, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, investment banks, advisors, and entrepreneurs
- Lead market research and thematic analysis to uncover emerging trends and strategic opportunities
2. Investment Analysis & Execution
- Lead the full investment lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the investment committee
- Negotiate key terms and coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure smooth execution
3. Portfolio Management & Value Creation
- Work closely with portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and governance
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide ongoing guidance
- Assist in exit planning and execution, including IPOs, trade sales, or secondary transactions
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, and strategy teams
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings
