Company overview: We are currently partnered with a high performing middle market Investment Bank headquartered in Tampa, FL looking to add talent to their Technology Investment Banking team. This firm has an excpetional reputation in the market and is currently one of the most active firms in the Tampa area. The firm is continuing to grow and this individual will either sit in their legacy Tampa based office, or their newer Nashville based office. This individual will have junior resources immediately available to them, with the opportunity to build out a team underneath them in the future.
The Investment Banking VP will be responsible for:
- Working closely with senior leaders at the firm and supporting them on deal execution
- Engaging with clients
- Training and mentoring junior bankers
- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence
- Creating marketing materials and pitch decks
- Building financial models
The Investment Banking VP should have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Investment Banking
- Strong sell side M&A experience with a track record of working on deals that have successfully closed
- Experience working in the Technology (or adjacent) industry
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills
- Currently located or targeting a relocation to either Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN
