Firm Overview: We are currently partnered with a high performing and continuously growing specialty boutique investment bank focused on the Healthcare sector. This firm has emerged as a major player in their space, ranked as the #1 advisory firm for M&A transactions in the Pharmacy Services sector. Small but mighty, this firm is consistently closing more Health Sciences & Pharma Services deals globally than firms 10x their size. They're looking for an Associate who wants to continue their career in a Healthcare focused IB role to assist in the execution of M&A transactions, while enjoying the flexibility of sitting fully remotely.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Building financial models
- Executing on M&A transactions
- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence
- Creating marketing materials and pitch decks
- Meeting with clients
- Closely collaborating and supporting Senior leaders
- Mentoring junior resources (analysts)
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- 2-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally in Healthcare but open to other sectors
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Self starting mindset and ability to work fully remotely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Creative problem solving skills
