Overview:
A premier investment banking firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its team as a Senior Analyst or Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex M&A transactions, debt advisory, and strategic financial engagements across a variety of industries including consumer, healthcare, industrials, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day project management and execution of M&A and financing transactions.
  • Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses to identify, research, and evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations to assess the soundness of client business models and financial forecasts.
  • Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate corporate finance alternatives, including valuation, capital structure, and transaction scenarios.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and public company financials to uncover client solutions and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and supervise the creation of marketing materials such as teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
  • Integrate strategic insights from financial analysis, forecasts, and business plans into compelling client presentations.
  • Advise clients on transaction strategy, valuation, and structuring in collaboration with senior bankers.
  • Support and lead deal pitches, including idea generation and presentation development.
  • Act as a financial and strategic advisor to core client accounts, maintaining ongoing engagement and trust.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and demonstration of industry expertise.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying client needs and proposing tailored financial solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Strong command of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and analytical rigor.
