This client is a leading global investment bank and is looking to expand their Financial Sponsors team with Vice Presidents in NYC/ This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of strategic advisory and capital markets execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of complex M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and capital raising transactions for private equity clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, providing strategic insights and market intelligence.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
- Collaborate across industry and product groups to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Drive origination efforts by identifying new business opportunities and supporting pitch development.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong background in financial sponsors coverage or leveraged finance.
- Proven track record of transaction execution and client engagement.
- Deep understanding of private equity dynamics, deal structuring, and capital markets.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
