We are partnering with a leading global independent advisory firm to hire an Associate into its Industrials M&A team in London.

The Role
As a Junior Associate, you will play an integral role in the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining exposure to all stages of the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Developing detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, valuation analysis)
- Preparing client materials including pitch books, information memoranda, and presentations
- Conducting industry and company research, with a focus on industrial subsectors
- Coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with clients, advisors, and counterparties
- Assisting in transaction structuring and negotiation processes
Candidate Profile
We are seeking high-calibre candidates with strong technical skills and a demonstrated interest in Industrials.
Requirements:
- Years of experience in investment banking (M&A or sector coverage preferred), ideally within Industrials
- Exceptional financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong academic background from a top-tier university
- Proven ability to manage workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
