Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare Technology M&A | NYC
We're representing a leading mid-market investment bank seeking an Associate to join their Healthcare Technology M&A team in New York. This group focuses on upper mid-market/large-cap transactions across Healthcare IT, digital health, and healthcare services technology - advising a mix of private equity-backed and strategic clients.
What you'll do:
- Play an active role executing sell-side/buy-side M&A deals, typically $500M-$1B+ in enterprise value
- Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedents)
- Draft client-facing materials, including pitch decks and CIMs
- Partner closely with VPs/MDs on day-to-day execution and client management
- Support due diligence and coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors

What you'll need:
