Our client is a boutique investment banking and M&A advisory firm seeking an Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of the transaction process, including sell-side M&A, acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare confidential information memoranda, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Conduct industry, market, and company research
- Analyze historical and projected financial information
- Assist with client communications and transaction management
- Work directly with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, accounting, corporate finance, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
