Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across diverse industries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, private equity firms, and corporate clients, providing strategic guidance and objective advice.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring individualized attention and alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
- Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Leverage extensive industry contacts and relationships to source opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of investment banking experience, with a proven track record of leading and closing M&A transactions.
- Deep understanding of middle-market dynamics, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to anticipate and resolve complex transaction issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to advise clients with objectivity and discretion.
