We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel with experience as an Inhouse Lawyer M&A (m/f/d) in Oranienburg/Berlin

As part of a dynamic legal team, you'll play a key role in shaping the legal framework behind innovative energy projects and strategic growth initiatives
Your Tasks
- Advise and represent the company in all legal matters
- Monitor and implement national and EU legal requirements
- Focus on commercial law (including financing), corporate law, and energy law
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Prepare legal opinions and support M&A transactions, including due diligence
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate legal risks
- Support conflict resolution and litigation processes
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (2nd state examination)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong knowledge of energy law, corporate law, contract law, and environmental law
- Strategic thinker with a confident, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
