Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting HNWIs, family offices, and boutique institution
- Cultivate and manage long-term investor relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Lead the creation of investor pitch materials, fund decks, and market insights tailored to crypto/blockchain themes
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings to expand visibility and deal flow
- Collaborate with investment and marketing teams to align messaging and product positioning
- Oversee CRM systems and reporting processes to track investor engagement and pipeline performance
- Provide strategic input on firm growth initiatives, partnerships, and capital strategy
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development within VC, private equity, or alternative investments
- Proven track record of raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain technologies, and the broader Web3 landscape
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results
