Full Stack Developer Team Lead
We are partnering with a client to hire a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise‑grade web applications. The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in React.js, Java/Node.js, object‑oriented programming, and microservices-based architectures. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, modern DevOps practices, and Agile development is essential.
This position is based in Charlotte, NC and operates on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack applications using:
- React.js (frontend)
- Java (e.g., Spring Boot) and/or TypeScript/Node.js (backend)
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
- Apply advanced object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Build responsive, accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Develop anddeploycloud‑native solutions leveraging Azure services such as:
- API Management (APIM)
- Event Hub
- Azure Functions
- App Services
- PostgreSQL
- Work with relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) databases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high‑quality delivery
- 8+ years of professional full stack software development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Java, and modern web architecture
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (APIM, Azure Functions, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Azure or other cloud certifications
- Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional Agile teams
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
