A leading behavioral healthcare provider is seeking a talented, and driven individual to help direct their finance team, and facility, as a Finance Manager. This organization is a benchmark in behavioral healthcare excellence, dedicated to providing exceptional care of patients across a vastly growing network. The Finance Manager will have the significant opportunity of working alongside a driven leadership team, as well as leading a financial team that encourages accelerated professional growth, handling day to day decision making, and running financial reporting and compliance. This is a hybrid opportunity, based in Connecticut.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing financial forecasting
- Directing a finance and accounting team
- Organizing and coordinating the financial operations for institution
- Strategic decision support
The Finance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of five years of experience in behavioral healthcare
- Minimum two years in a supervisory role
- CPA/MBA - preferred
