A leading investment bank is seeking an Equity Research Associate or Vice President to join a highly regarded Consumer & Retail research platform. This individual will work closely with senior analysts covering public and private companies across the sector, conducting deep fundamental research, building financial models, and producing investment-focused research for institutional clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze consumer and retail companies, industry dynamics, and emerging trends
- Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models
- Conduct primary research through management meetings, channel checks, and industry analysis
- Write research reports, earnings updates, and thematic industry pieces
- Support institutional client engagement and investor events
- Help generate differentiated investment insights through independent research
Who We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset
- Passion for public markets and investing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
