Our client, a leading institution in the Nordics, is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Sales professional to join our client's team in Stockholm. In this role, you will focus on Danish institutional clients, providing them with structured solutions, QIS and a wide range of structured equity derivatives. This is a permanent position at Vice President / Director level, offering the opportunity to drive revenue growth and deepen key client relationships in a highly strategic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover Danish institutional clients, acting as a primary point of contact for equity derivative solutions.
- Originate, structure and sell tailored structured equity derivatives and QIS strategies.
- Collaborate closely with structuring and trading teams to deliver competitive and innovative solutions.
- Strengthen our client's presence across the Nordics through proactive business development.
Skills & Experience
- Sales: Proven track record in selling complex financial products to institutional clients, with strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Equity: Deep understanding of equity markets and equity-linked products, enabling you to advise clients on suitable strategies.
- Derivatives: Solid experience in equity derivatives, including structured solutions and QIS, to design and explain risk/return profiles clearly.
- NORDICS focus: Experience working with Nordic institutional clients, particularly Danish, with cultural and market insight.
