* Create and continuously improve the catastrophe (CAT) management framework.

* Ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery standards across teams.
* Set a 1-3-year roadmap for departmental strategy and execution.
* Optimize staffing, budgets, and operational resources to maximize value and efficiency.
