Selby Jennings is looking to speak with Senior Level Real Estate Operations Candidates seeking roles in San Francisco. Ideal candidates are current Managers, Directors, or Vice Presidents of Operations, and well versed in residential real estate within the San Francisco/Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, leasing, property management, and client services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive technology adoption and process automation to streamline workflows.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in residential real estate.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software platforms (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Salesforce, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
