Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to lead capital-raising and relationship-building initiatives across global markets. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and cultivating a network of migration agents, wealth managers, legal advisors, and high-net-worth individuals interested in the EB-5 program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to raise EB-5 capital globally.
Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with international migration agents, family offices, and HNWIs.
Present firm offerings and project-specific investment opportunities to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate with the legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of fundraising efforts.
Attend international conferences, webinars, and roadshows to promote the firm and its investment opportunities.
Track and report business development KPIs, investor pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, capital raising, or investor relations, ideally within EB-5, real estate, or private equity.
Proven global network of EB-5 migration agents or similar investor channels is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of the EB-5 program and investment structuring.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Multilingual capabilities (Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a strong plus.
