Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Insurance - Cyber & Tech E&O to build out the Insurance program, presence, and team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO in this role, working hand in hand to establish this market presence. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in the U.S. broker market, a strong understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and a passion for cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive broker engagement and distribution strategy across cyber and tech E&O lines.
- Develop tailored underwriting approaches for MSPs and other tech-forward risks.
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, and tech teams to refine offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and broker meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to shape future product development.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in cyber tech E&O insurance.
- Proven track record in the broker market, ideally with experience as a broker.
- Strong understanding of MSPs and their risk profiles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and threat landscapes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
