This firm is entering an exciting phase of growth, building out its institutional and family office coverage across key regions. With a strong track record and balance sheet, it is now looking to expand its capital raising capabilities and deepen relationships within the institutional Europe or Middle Eastern market. The firm is particularly focused on real estate strategies and is open to exploring new channels and structures to attract third-party capital.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the fundraising strategy, helping to define the investor base to access third-party capital.
- Lead capital raising efforts targeting institutional investors and family offices.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for real estate-focused investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors across the Middle East and/or Europe.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm's go-to-market approach.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Contribute to the development of incentive structures and scalable business models.
Ideal Candidate
- 8-12 years in capital raising within real estate or alternative investments.
- Experience working with family offices, boutique placement agents, or mid-sized platforms.
- Strong network across institutional investors, particularly in the Middle East.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and shape a business.
- Comfortable working in a lean, agile environment with high autonomy.
