Job Title: Corporate Development Manager
Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 + Bonus

We are partnering with one of the nation's fastest-growing automotive groups. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-impact team with direct exposure to senior leadership. This role is a strategic growth hire, driven by a strong pipeline of dynamic projects and the team's expanding scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive company forecast models
- Conduct valuation and financial analyses including M&A, DCF, project financing, trading comparables, precedent transactions, pro-forma projections, and LBO models
- Oversee fund activities such as company valuation, equity transactions, capital raising, and investor reporting
- Perform market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related M&A and capital raising roles
- Background in consumer, retail, automotive, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Based in or open to relocating to Portland, OR
