This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance, governance, risk or outsourcing professional looking to take ownership of regulatory outsourcing topics while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements relating to outsourcing and third-party arrangements.
- Coordinate risk assessments for external service providers and critical supplier relationships.
- Support governance, oversight and monitoring activities throughout the outsourcing lifecycle.
- Act as a key contact for regulatory and governance-related outsourcing matters.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit and business stakeholders on regulatory initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of governance frameworks, policies and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with regulatory and operational impact.
Desired Background
- Degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment, such as insurance, banking, asset management or consulting.
- Previous exposure to outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, operational risk, compliance or internal audit.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting outsourcing and operational resilience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent German and strong English language skills.
