Job Title: Commercial Lines Underwriter
Location: Austin, TX (hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: 80-90k Base
Are you experienced in commercial insurance and ready for your next opportunity? A well-established insurance company is looking for a Commercial Lines Underwriter to join their team.
What You'll Do:
- Review and evaluate insurance applications, renewals, and changes.
- Decide if risks are acceptable based on company guidelines.
- Work with agents and internal teams to improve submissions and results.
- Stay up to date on insurance rules and trends.
What You Need:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Insurance certifications and agency experience are a plus.
