A leading financial services provider with core operations in Private Banking, Asset Management and Insurance is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for their Singapore office. This is a critical leadership role for someone entrepreneurial and strategic, who thrives in a start-up style environment within a fast-growing global financial group
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of Singapore's technology strategy.
- Build and scale the local technology function from the ground up.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems implementation, vendor management, and security.
- Work closely with operations, compliance (including KYC), and marketing teams to streamline processes and introduce innovation.
- Ensure all tech solutions meet regulatory and security standards within Singapore and broader regional frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- Prior experience in FinTech, financial services, or tech-driven startups preferred.
- Exposure to both technical and commercial functions (e.g., sales, marketing).
- Strong understanding of the finance and regulatory environment in Singapore and Greater China.
- Experience working at or with companies like Huawei, Tencent, TikTok, or other leading tech firms is highly valued.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of scaling tech operations in high-growth environments.
