My client, a leading behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking a talented, and driven individual to help direct the expansion of their team, and facility network, as a COO. This organization is a benchmark in behavioral healthcare excellence, dedicated to providing exceptional care of patients across a vastly growing network. The COO will have the significant opportunity of working alongside a driven leadership team, as well as leading diverse departments that encourages accelerated professional growth. This is a remote opportunity, and can be worked anywhere in the US.

The COO will be responsible for:

  • Operational Oversight for a network of facilities
  • Regulatory compliance and quality assurance
  • Strategic implementation
  • Financial and Resource Management - ensuring financial sustainability

The COO should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in behavioral healthcare
  • Minimum seven years in a supervisory role
  • MBA/MHA preferred
  • Developed understanding of healthcare regulations
